Beaconsfield House Extension

The roof was raised, and the house extended to the rear and side to provide three floors of accommodation.

A much developed, and completely re-faced bungalow in Long Crendon. The master bedroom leads onto the balcony behind the conservatory via two sets of French doors, to look out over an amazing southerly view.
Extensions to House in Fulmer
I was called in after a previous humble kitchen extension was refused and failed at appeal on the grounds that the house had been extended more than fifty percent and stood in Green Belt. I suggested relocation of existing garage, which released space for a large kitchen and a studio.
