White Lodge Residential Care Home in Marlow

The roof was extensively developed to provide more living accommodation, and there were other extensions and alterations to provide bedrooms, a new kitchen and dining room. It was a long battle to get planning permission because the site is in Green Belt and the fifty percent allowable extension had already been absorbed. Also the site is in a Conservation Area and in the Thames flood plain. I have recently completed a further phase (see second and third photos below, click to enlarge).
